Viking Security provides fully trained conventionally dressed Security Officers or uniformed Security Officers who carry out their duties as agreed with each Client for their particular premises. The Viking Security Officers uniform consists of navy jumper, navy trousers, lilac shirt and navy tie with company crest and identification card. All officers site induction includes duties and responsibilities, what steps to take in an emergency, when to carry out staff checks, checks on the premises and stock, and who to contact in the event of a problem.

It is Viking Security’s policy to ensure that each Client is thoroughly satisfied with the particular Officer operating in their premises. If the Client feels one individual is particularly suitable that Officer may be assigned to the Client’s premises as required whenever possible.

Supervision – It is important that each Officer is properly supervised during the course of every working day, particularly an Officer working alone in a retail outlet. There are many small occurrences during an Officer’s shift that need to be monitored and all Officers require guidance and proper motivation. Due to the manageable size of Viking Security our management team is able to adopt a hands on approach to each individual Client and can assure each Client of a high level of supervision.

Reporting & Accountability: – Every Client will have different requirements and it is Viking Security’s policy to ensure that through discussion with the Client’s Management team, Officers present at your premises are briefed and fully aware of any particular requests or difficulties. Where possible it is Company policy that our Client meets with Viking Security’s Management at least once a week to review progress, and discuss problems and improvements, if any, that maybe required by the Client. This meeting also provides the opportunity to inform the Client of the day to day situations within their outlet.
