Viking Security provides our Clients with peace of mind, that should your intruder alarm be activated out of hours we are ready to respond. You need to know when you have left your premises, that somebody will be there if things go wrong. We hold your set of keys and alarm codes in our twenty-four hour secure Control Room, waiting for the call from our Client’s Alarm Receiving Centre or the Garda to inform us that there is a problem at a Client’s site. Each key is uniquely identified which is logged out of the Control Room only when required for an activation. When keys are checked back in they are logged as returned giving us a full audit of key movements for each individual key. All details of alarms codes and your site instructions are held in the Control Room and are only released to authorised personnel, who are highly trained in alarm response and alarm panel operation after verification. We also offer staff escort services for our Clients who do not wish their staff to attend to alarm out of hour calls alone. If you have a member of staff working late we can call at pre-arranged times to assist with the lock up of your premises and the safety of your employee. Comprehensive documentation for each alarm call is left for our Clients attention after each visit, a copy of which is also held at our twenty-four hour manned Control Room. We also e-mail our Clients the next morning to alert them of the call out. We are happy to act as our Clients number one key holder, or as a fail safe key holder.
