Security Personnel RECRUITMENT & VETTING All security personnel are chosen from persons mature enough to accept the responsibility, and fit enough to possess the physical stamina. All prospective recruits must firstly be declared medically fit to take up a position with Viking Security Limited. Applicants for employment are requested to attend an initial interview and complete an Employment Application Form. The information provided in this form is then checked and contact is made with the applicants previous employers for character references. Prospective employees are vetted for a 10 year period (or to school leaving). If the applicant is suitable they are then invited to attend a second interview. If successful, each employee receives their conditions of employment and details of training schedule with our in-house Fetac Approved Trainers. Every new employee is required to serve a probationary period of six months.
